Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Digital Operations Support Analyst to assist the Digital Operations team, supporting day-to-day operations of our digital products with occasional travel to London suppliers. The role includes weekends from our Media & Technology Centre in Biggin Hill.

You will triage incidents, monitor systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth digital experiences for fans during race weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in live event operations and managing complex incidents.
• Experience with user-facing web applications and service requests.
• Familiarity with service management ticketing tools and monitoring.
• Ability to document processes and follow established procedures.
• Knowledge of changes in technology and their implications.
• Strong written and verbal communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Triage new incidents and be first point of contact for queries.
• Identify improvements to processes and maintain up-to-date docs.
• Monitor live systems and manage Digital Operations workload.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams via MS Teams and calls.
• Provide operational support during non-functional testing.
• Execute race weekend procedures to support live digital products.
• Monitor user experience across devices and communicate issues.
• Drive triage and resolution with partner teams; document major events.
