Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the IT department at our Biggin Hill site. You will provide support across IT hardware, software and telecommunications while maintaining high service levels and aligning with F1 objectives.

You will log, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, assist users across sites, and contribute to IT documentation and change management processes. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure Active Directory.
• Operational knowledge of device management and IT hardware.
• Good customer service skills.
• Understanding of IT service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support at all sites including Biggin Hill, St James Market, and the Event Technical Centre.
• Review logged jobs, reassign or escalate to ensure resolution.
• Liaise with users for issues, change requests and tasks with desk-side and remote support.
• Build, deploy and maintain IT hardware with updated drivers and software.
• Support C-Suite staff and escalate issues per IT policies.
