Job summary
Formula 1 is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the IT department and deliver high-quality support for hardware, software and telecom systems across sites including Biggin Hill, St James Market, and the Event Technical Centre. You will maintain drives, update software, and keep the C-Suite informed with timely escalation as required.
The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure AD
- Experience with IT service management best practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with IT hardware, software and telecom systems
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support across multiple sites including Biggin Hill, St James Market, and the Event Technical Centre
- Manage logged IT support requests and escalate as needed
- Liaise with users for change requests and issues, offering desk-side and remote support
- Deploy and maintain IT hardware with up-to-date drivers and updates
- Support C-Suite staff and maintain clear communication per IT policies
- Monitor IT systems and respond promptly to issues
- Maintain documentation and follow change management processes
- Produce documentation for IT Infrastructure management
