Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Digital Operations Support Analyst to back the day-to-day operations of our digital products, with occasional travel to London suppliers and involvement across up to 12 race weekends from Biggin Hill.

You will triage incidents, monitor live systems, and coordinate with partner teams to communicate changes and issues, ensuring smooth user experiences across devices.

Qualifications

• Live event operations experience is essential.
• Experience with user-facing web applications.
• Familiar with service-management trouble-ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of application monitoring tools.
• Ability to document and follow procedures clearly.
• Ability to understand technology changes and implications.
• Strong communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Triage new incidents and act as first contact for queries and requests.
• Identify improvements and keep documentation up to date.
• Monitor live systems and manage workload via Kanban.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through MS Teams, email, and calls.
• Provide support during non-functional testing of digital products.
• Support live digital products during race weekends and weekend events.
