Town Planner - Planning Consultancy

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)

Salary: £28,000-£38,000 DOE + benefits

Are you a Town Planner looking to develop your career within a respected, forward-thinking planning consultancy? We're working in partnership with a well-established, independent practice that has built an excellent reputation across the Midlands for delivering thoughtful, commercially sound and community-focused planning solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team, supporting a diverse mix of residential, commercial, rural and strategic planning projects.

The Role
  • Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals and development appraisals
  • Undertake site assessments, research and analysis to inform planning strategies
  • Engage with clients, local authorities and stakeholders, positively representing the consultancy
  • Contribute to the preparation of planning documents and reports
  • Support senior colleagues on a variety of projects while developing your own portfolio of work

What We're Looking For
  • 1-4 years' experience within a planning consultancy or local authority
