McCormick & Company is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards Integration (APAC & EMEA) to act as regional SME, guiding Day 1 readiness and harmonization across multiple markets, and coordinating country-level analyses.

You will partner with internal teams and external providers to translate integration decisions into practical implementation plans, readiness materials, communication inputs, and governance tracking for smooth rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience in Total Rewards, benefits and compensation programs.
• Progressive HR project delivery experience in a multinational.
• Strong cross-country coordination and governance capabilities.
• Ability to translate decisions into practical readiness plans.

Responsabilités

• Support country-level Total Rewards integration analysis and decisions.
• Create inventories of Benefits and Total Rewards programs for planning.
• Develop Day 1 readiness materials, checklists and logs.
• Track decisions, risks, actions, owners and timelines.
• Collaborate with Regional Total Rewards Leaders on policies and communications.
• Coordinate Day 1 readiness across people, systems, data and payroll.
• Support post-Day 1 harmonization activities and implementation tracking.
• Assist rollout of compensation program changes with local readiness.
