Job summary

Diligenta is seeking a Rewards Partner to join the People Function and help deliver our benefits, recognition, and total reward programmes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the employee reward proposition and lead communications to maximise engagement.

Working as part of a small, specialist team, you will support vendor management, benchmarking, and policy compliance while handling day-to-day queries and supporting client implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reward, Benefits, HR or People function.
• Understanding of employee benefits and recognition programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive mindset with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of benefits and recognition offering.
• Partner with the business to enhance the reward proposition.
• Lead colleague engagement campaigns for benefits and recognition.
• Manage annual Reward communications and engagement calendar.
• Oversee administration and data management of employee benefits.
• Engage with benefit vendor providers to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for improvements.
• Handle day-to-day benefit queries and escalations; support HR teams.
• Support TUPE transfers and new client implementations with reward expertise.
• Deliver benchmarking, provider management, and renewal activities.
