Job summary

Cooper Parry is seeking a Reward & Benefits Manager to shape and deliver our reward strategy within the People Team. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring pay and benefits remain competitive and compliant across a fast-growing professional services business.

You’ll lead benchmarking, salary reviews, policy development and governance, partnering with finance and business leaders to attract and retain top talent while driving ongoing improvements to reward processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Reward.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices and benefits management.
• Experience with salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Experience managing or supporting annual salary and reward review processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Cooper Parry's reward and benefits strategy.
• Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking to stay competitive.
• Oversee annual salary review processes and budgeting support.
• Develop and maintain compensation structures, pay ranges and reward policies.
• Produce reports and dashboards for People leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure reward governance and compliance with employment legislation.
