Job summary

Diligenta is seeking a Rewards Partner to join the People Function, responsible for delivering the company’s benefits and recognition offering. You will partner with the business to enhance the overall employee reward proposition and lead engagement campaigns to drive understanding and participation.

Key responsibilities include managing benefits administration, data management, and vendor relationships, while monitoring market trends to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reward, Benefits, HR or People functions.
• Understanding of employee benefits and recognition programmes.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide insights.
• Professionalism, discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Diligenta's benefits and recognition offering.
• Partner with the business to enhance the overall employee reward proposition.
• Lead colleague engagement and awareness campaigns for benefits and recognition programmes, creating clear and impactful communications that drive understanding and participation.
• Manage the annual Reward communications and engagement calendar, ensuring key messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
• Oversee the administration and data management of employee benefits, including private medical cover, group risk benefits and recognition schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Actively engage and manage our benefit vendor providers to ensure effective operation of our benefit schemes.
• Monitor market trends, industry best practice and emerging reward initiatives, using insights and data to recommend improvements to Diligenta's benefits offering.
• Act as the subject matter expert for day-to-day benefit queries and escalations, while supporting colleagues and HR teams with advice, guidance and issue resolution.
• Support business projects, including TUPE transfers and new client implementations, providing reward and benefits expertise to ensure a smooth colleague transition.
• Deliver benefits benchmarking, provider management and renewal activities, using data and insight to assess the effectiveness of the reward offering and contribute to wider compensation and reward projects.
