Diligenta Limited is seeking a Rewards Partner to work with the Total Reward Lead on delivering a competitive benefits, recognition and reward programme. You will engage stakeholders across the business to communicate and drive adoption of reward initiatives.

This role sits in a small, specialist team focused on delivering a high‑quality total reward experience. You will support benefits administration, benchmarking and provider management, with opportunities for personal and career development

Qualifications

• Experience in Reward, Benefits, HR or People function.
• Understanding of employee benefits, recognition programmes and reward principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of benefits and recognition strategy.
• Monitor market trends and data to improve the benefits offering.
• Lead engagement campaigns for benefits and recognition programmes.
• Manage the rewards communications calendar.
• Oversee benefits administration and data accuracy.
• Be the subject matter expert for day-to-day benefit queries.
• Support TUPE transfers and new client implementations.
• Conduct benchmarking and provider management for benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders on total reward initiatives.
