Job summary

Superdrug Head Office is hiring a Reward & Benefits Business Partner to lead our reward, benefits, wellbeing and recognition programmes. You will work with stakeholders across People, Finance and Operations to deliver value, improve engagement and ensure compliance with policy.

You’ll combine operational delivery with strategic thinking, using data and market insight to shape improvements while maintaining a strong colleague experience. Hybrid working and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reward & Benefits, HR or related area.
• Solid understanding of reward principles, employee benefits and related legislation.
• Experience managing projects or change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and performance.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data into insights.
• Experience creating colleague communications and engagement campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop reward, benefits, wellbeing and recognition programmes.
• Support reward activities including renewals, recognition initiatives and annual processes.
• Build partnerships with suppliers for best value and service.
• Act as rewards adviser to managers and stakeholders.
• Use data, insights and market trends to improve offerings.
• Communicate benefits effectively to colleagues; drive engagement.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Payroll, Communications and Operations to meet objectives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual administration.
