We’re implementing Corporate Landlord, rationalising how we use our Corporate Estate through Asset Challenge, as well as integrating CAFM and new processes to enhance the Councils organisational change programme, that’s redefining how we work. We’re developing flagship sites at Bath Quays and Somer Valley, and delivering an ambitious housing programme that will shape the future of our district.

As Total FM Manager, you’ll lead and coordinate the teams responsible for buildings and facilities management, compliance, repairs, and maintenance including the CCPM. Operating within our Corporate Landlord model, you’ll oversee centralised service provision, manage budgets, and drive service and efficiency improvements.
Your role is critical in ensuring the Council’s physical assets are managed effectively, providing safe, compliant, and well‑maintained environments for all stakeholders.
