A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Tool Maker/Forklift Driver for a manufacturing site in Petersfield. The role involves operating a forklift, fitting and repairing mould tools, and ensuring maintenance of tools. Candidates must have a Counterbalance Forklift licence and experience in tool fitting. This position offers £13.44 an hour, with working hours from 06:00am to 15:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials.
• Fit and remove mould tools to and from moulding machines.
• Prepare and repair tools to ensure accuracy for moulding.
• Ensure all tools are clean, in good condition and stored correctly.

Skills

Counterbalance Forklift licence

The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit a Tool Maker/ Forklift Driver, to work at our clients Manufacturing site in Rogate.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Safely Operate a Forklift to transport materials.
• Fit and remove mould tools to and from Moulding machines.
• Prepare and repair tools to make sure they are accurate for moulding.
• Ensure all tools are clean, in good condition and stored correctly.

Requirements:

• Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Experience in Tool fitting
• Own transport, due to location of site
