We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Development Representative.

This role is focused on canvassing and prospecting for new business, and is ideal for someone passionate about sales.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, increasing market share, and representing our Estate Agency business locally.

At haart Estate Agents in Leeds, as a Sales Development Representative, you will receive:

  • £25,000 basic salary

Your training journey begins with:

  • One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
  • Industry-leading training, both one-to-one and group sessions
  • Daily learning with industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay during training in Colchester
  • Follow-up training within the first 5-6 weeks

Impact you will make:

  • Achieving business targets consistently
  • Managing valuation generation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways
  • Proactively communicating valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
  • Fulfilling property sale call-out campaigns and maintaining standards
  • Preparing updates for Morning Meetings
  • Leading door-knocking and canvassing strategies, tracking leads via ROSIE
  • Engaging in regular 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Managing portal opportunities on Rightmove and On The Market
  • Responding to intranet leads daily
  • Communicating with Local Owner to Sell customers to close valuation opportunities
  • Generating referral business through excellent customer engagement
  • Participating in local prospecting activities and building a personal brand through social media
  • Handling inbound calls to fulfill applicant registrations and identify opportunities
  • Seeking reviews to enhance brand reputation

Minimum requirements:

  • Full, clean UK driving license
