The What?

• Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Salesforce core features such as objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, and process builder.
• Data Management: Skills in data import/export, cleaning, validation, and security best practices.
• User Management: Ability to manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Experience creating custom reports, dashboards, and analytic snapshots.
• Process Automation: Knowledge of workflow rules, process builder, and flows to automate processes.
• Classic & Lightning: Proficiency in both Salesforce classic and Lightning versions.
• Problem-solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

During the probation period, work will be 3 days in the Leeds office.
