R&D Partners is seeking a Tissue Sales Specialist to join a leading pharmaceutical company on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on driving sales of tissue diagnostics solutions within Cellular Pathology and Cancer Pathways, requiring a life sciences background and pathology sales experience. Hybrid role with travel across the West Midlands and Wales.

Formación

• BSc degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of Cellular Pathology and Cancer Pathways.
• Direct hands-on experience in a Cellular Pathology Laboratory (desirable).
• Familiarity with tissue diagnostics portfolios or competitor products (desirable).
• Experience managing sales territories within the West Midlands or Wales (desirable).
• Proven track record in pathology procurements and tenders within the NHS (desirable).
• Expertise in using digital sales engagement tools such as CRM or data analytics (desirable).
• Prior experience with tissue diagnostics platforms and solutions (desirable).

• Drive sales of tissue diagnostics solutions by engaging with NHS pathology departments and other stakeholders.

• Utilize CRM and data analytics tools to enhance sales performance and overcome barriers to adoption.

This role focuses on driving sales and supporting the adoption of innovative diagnostic solutions within Cellular Pathology and Cancer Pathways. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, experience in pathology sales, and a proven ability to manage strategic accounts.

This is a hybrid role requiring travel across the West Midlands and Wales.

Key Skills and Requirements:
