Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Sales Representative for Tissue Diagnostics in the Central UK (West Midlands & Wales). You will lead account sales strategy, work with Customer Account Managers and Product Specialists to drive the portfolio in your territory.

This role collaborates with healthcare partners to deliver essential IHC products and solutions across NHS pathways. The ideal candidate holds a BSc (Hons) / BA in life sciences or equivalent, with field sales experience and strong relationship-building

Qualifications

• Strong ability to assess customer needs and build effective relationships.
• Experience in field sales or laboratory knowledge is preferred.
• Able to translate strategy into action with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Sales Strategy for territory with stakeholders.
• Manage complex NHS procurement and tenders.
• Identify NHS landscape changes to maximise opportunities.
• Develop strategies to retain Roche sites and win new ones.
