Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a leader in immunohistochemistry to recruit a Sales Representative for Tissue Diagnostics. Based in Central UK (West Midlands & Wales), you will promote the value of our client's products to healthcare partners and manage complex NHS procurement processes.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons)/BA in life science or Biomedical Scientist background preferred; prior field sales experience or laboratory knowledge.
• Strong needs assessment and relationship-building abilities with understanding of Cellular Pathology and cancer pathways.
• Resilient, adaptable, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and share knowledge with the team.
• Credible sales presence and ability to translate strategy into actionable execution using digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Sales Strategy: own sales strategy and execution for the product portfolio in the territory with colleagues.
• Manage Complex Procurement: navigate NHS procurement processes, ensuring sales methodologies are applied.
• Market Development: identify changes in NHS landscape to maximize opportunities and mitigate threats.
• Innovative Strategies: develop and implement plans to retain Roche sites while pursuing new ones.
