Reporting to the Head of Academic Delivery Services, the Timetabling Manager will lead the University's teaching timetabling and room booking services, ensuring the delivery of a reliable, efficient and student-focused operation.
This is a pivotal appointment at an exciting time for the University. Warwick is implementing TimeEdit, its new enterprise timetabling platform, creating a significant opportunity to modernise processes, improve automation and strengthen the quality of timetable data and services. The successful candidate will lead the operational delivery of the annual timetable cycle while driving service development, managing a specialist team and working collaboratively with academic departments, Estates, Digital Services and senior stakeholders to shape the future of timetabling across the institution.
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience of leading higher education timetabling services within a complex organisation. They will be an accomplished operational leader with excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
