Join our dynamic team at the University Information Services, contributing to the support of the university's timetabling and room booking systems. From initial system implementation to ongoing support, you'll acquire extensive experience in new enterprise technologies. Gain subject matter expertise in our timetabling systems, actively participating in large project implementations and providing continuous systems support.
Collaborate with users, providing guidance on leveraging information technology for business objectives and effective problem-solving. Dive into user requirements, explore IT solutions, oversee enterprise system implementations and provide ongoing support for issues and change requests. Engage with in-house development teams and external vendors, offering your expertise and support.
