Job summary

Nottingham Trent University is seeking a Timetabling Administrator in the Academic Registry to support the timetabling of teaching space and maintain accurate student and course records. The role is part-time (18.5 hours per week) on a fixed-term basis for 2 years, with hybrid working where applicable.

You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise and work well within a team.

About the Role

Our expanding Academic Registry Team is looking for a motivated and organised Timetabling Administrator to support the successful timetabling of academic teaching space.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Comfortable prioritising workloads whilst keeping to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team

As a qualified individual, you'll have experience of working in a dynamic and busy education environment, liaising with a range of staff from across departments, as well as external stakeholders and students.
