Job summary

NTU Global at Nottingham Trent University is seeking an Erasmus+ Programme Assistant to support administration of student and staff exchanges, short-term and virtual mobilities, and partnership projects. You will help maintain accurate records and assist reporting to the UK National Agency while guiding colleagues on Erasmus+ requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Erasmus+ Programme Assistant to join NTU Global. You'll play a key role in supporting NTU's re-engagement with Erasmus+, helping staff and students access international experiences while ensuring compliance with programme requirements.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the administration of student and staff exchanges, short-term and virtual mobilities, as well as facilitating delivery of partnership and cooperation projects. You will help maintain accurate records, support reporting to the UK National Agency, and provide clear guidance to colleagues across the university on Erasmus+ requirements.

In addition, during the first year, you will contribute to the success of the final year of Turing Scheme activity, working closely with academic and professional services teams and international partners to ensure high-quality outcomes for participants.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable team player, confident working independently, managing priorities, and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
