This full-time, on-site role requires a driving licence and the ability to work five days a week on site, with a competitive salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus package and long-term career prospects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Administrator or Site Administrator position.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Able to work 5 days per week in Tilbury.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site and project teams.
• Manage project documentation, correspondence and site records.
• Maintain filing systems and up-to-date documentation.
• Assist with timesheets, site records and personnel information.
• Coordinate meetings, diaries and site appointments.
• Take and distribute meeting minutes where required.
• Process invoices, purchase orders and other project paperwork.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Assist with site inductions and maintain relevant records.
• Support document control duties where required.
• Ensure information is accurately recorded and distributed to relevant teams.
