About the team
The merchant acquisition and incubation team in TikTok Shop's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means.
Responsibilities:
- Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and interpret data, execute analysis, find opportunities, and provide solutions to drive TikTok Shop seller growth in the UK, including seller performance, category development, merchandise growth, etc.
- Define key business metrics and targets, conduct regular monitoring with dashboards and reports to track progress, identify problems and opportunities, and support business review and decision-making.
- Collaborate with legal and product teams to optimize channel opt-in rates (SMS, marketing email, direct calls) and ensure compliance.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and measure the impact of different acquisition channels.
- Communicate effectively with key leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, manage dependencies, influence decisions, and improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, CRM, and data analysis in e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in SQL, R, or Python; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Fast learner, self-starter, entrepreneurial, good judgment, and original thinking.
- Result-oriented with ownership mentality, able to work closely with business teams to deliver results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey complex findings and influence decisions.
