The merchant acquisition and incubation team at TikTok Shop aims to attract, onboard, and develop sellers to a certain level through scaling strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Identify issues, develop hypotheses, interpret data, analyze opportunities, and implement solutions to promote TikTok Shop seller growth in the UK, focusing on seller performance, category development, and merchandise growth.
2. Define key business metrics and targets, monitor progress via dashboards and reports, identify problems and opportunities, and support business reviews and decisions.
3. Collaborate with legal and product teams to optimize channel opt-in rates (e.g., SMS, marketing emails, direct calls) and ensure compliance.
4. Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and assess the impact of various acquisition channels.
5. Communicate effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams, managing dependencies to influence decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, CRM, or data analysis in e-commerce preferred.
