Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Ticketing Systems Administrator to own home ticketing matchday setups, manage parking sales and away ticket distribution, and oversee the Amex access control system with NFC wallets.

You will be on the ground for Women’s Super League fixtures, lead staff briefings, manage end-of-game reconciliations and liaise with Crawley Town FC, ensuring a smooth, world-class ticketing experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with back-office ticketing systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with NFC ticketing and mobile wallet integration is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate matchday operations and liaise with external clubs.

Responsibilities

• Own home ticketing matchday setups and parking sales management.
• Oversee NFC ticketing through Apple/Google wallets and Amex access control.
• Lead staff briefings for matchdays and reconcile end-of-game activities.
• Serve as liaison with Crawley Town FC for away ticket distribution.
