Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a proactive ticketing operations specialist to manage home matchday ticketing setups, parking sales, and away ticket distribution at the Amex Stadium in Brighton.

You will oversee the NFC ticketing workflow, including Apple Wallet and Google Wallet integration, and support Women’s Super League fixtures with staff briefings and end-of-game reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Experience with back-office systems, especially Seatgeek.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in matchday operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own home ticketing matchday setups and oversee parking sales and away ticket distribution.
• Oversee Amex access control system and NFC ticketing via Apple/Google wallets.
• Lead staff briefings and manage end-of-game reconciliations.
• Liaise with Crawley Town FC on ticketing matters.
