You will work with Spektrix, manage reporting, and support colleagues with training. This role offers flexibility to work remotely, on site or hybrid, with 24 hours per week and occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer-focused team.
• Experience handling customer data and producing reports.
• Knowledge of Spektrix ticketing/CRM system.
