Park Theatre is seeking a Box Office Manager to lead the box office team and manage ticketing operations. The role involves recruiting and training casual staff, coordinating rotas, and ensuring excellent customer service across group bookings, schools, press, guest and access bookings.

You will drive best practice in Spektrix usage, uphold GDPR and PCI DSS compliance, and work with Marketing, Development, Finance and Operations to deliver high-quality audiences experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage the casual Box Office supervisor team.
• Coordinate staffing and rotas.
• Oversee customer service and lead on group, schools, press, guest and access bookings.
• Ensure the team is proficient in using Spektrix and compliant with GDPR, PCI DSS and Park Theatre policies.
