Job summary

Chetham's in Manchester is seeking a Sales & CRM Lead to guide the strategic and operational development of audience engagement, ticketing and sales across Stoller Hall, Chetham's School of Music and Chetham's Library.

The postholder will own Spektrix, drive data-driven decision making, and lead pricing, ticketing and sales strategies while balancing commercial objectives with accessibility and inclusion. A strong emphasis on customer experience and team leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRM, ticketing or audience-data initiatives.
• Track record of driving ticket sales and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of data protection and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM, data strategy and segmentation across multiple venues.
• Develop pricing, discounting, and yield-management approaches.
• Oversee box office operations across Stoller Hall, Chetham's School of Music and Chetham's Library.
• Manage relationships with promoters, agents and partners to optimise sales performance.
• Provide team leadership, training and development for box office staff.
