Job summary

Chetham's School of Music in Manchester seeks a senior ticketing and CRM lead to drive audience development across Stoller Hall, Chetham's Library, and the School. You will own the Spektrix system and audience data, shaping pricing, ticketing and sales strategies while balancing commercial aims with accessibility and inclusion.

This full-time role requires weekday daytime hours with occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of ticketing, CRM and sales strategy across Stoller Hall, Chetham's School of Music and Chetham's Library.
• Own Spektrix and audience data, using insights to drive sales growth and fundraising.
• Lead pricing, ticketing and sales while balancing commercial goals with accessibility and inclusion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Development, Chetham's School of Music and Chetham's Library and external partners.
• Full-time role, weekday daytime hours with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

The Job:

• We are looking for someone to lead the development and delivery of ticketing, CRM and sales strategy across Stoller Hall, Chetham s School of Music and Chetham s Library.
• The postholder will take strategic ownership of Spektrix and audience data, using insight to support sales growth, audience & fundraising development.
• They will lead pricing, ticketing and sales approaches while ensuring that commercial objectives are balanced with accessibility and inclusion.
• They will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Development, Chetham s School of Music and Chetham s Library, as well as promoters, agents and external partners.
• This is a full-time position, worked during weekday daytime hours, with a requirement for flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

In Return:

• Salary: commencing on £29,887.85 to £31,247.34 per annum (Scale Points 18-20) Subject to pay review.
• 20 days per year plus bank holidays.
• Subsidised lunches during term time, and free tickets to selected concerts.
• Cycle to work Scheme.
