Job summary

Liverpool FC is seeking a Supporter Services Specialist to join our team at Anfield Stadium on a fixed-term contract. You will manage inbound and outbound fan contacts, resolve complaints and queries, and deliver consistently excellent service across phone, email, web chat and face-to-face interactions.

You will work as part of the Supporter Services team, recording contact reasons, promoting club services, and upholding data security and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound supporter contacts via phone, email, web chat and face-to-face.
• Resolve complaints and queries with accuracy and empathy.
• Provide accurate information on club products and services and promote relevant offerings.
• Record reasons for contact to support data analysis and planning.
• Adhere to club policies on security, data handling and cash handling guidelines.
• Maintain supporter information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the Supporter Services team to deliver consistent service.
