Job summary

Motive Offshore Group is seeking a Sales Manager (TIC) to drive growth across testing, inspection and certification services. You will develop existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction in line with our quality system.

Joining the Sales Division, you will work with a dynamic team, report to the European Sales Manager, and represent Motive across the UK and international markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with ability to hit targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Promote TIC services and manage TIC-related sales enquiries.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams for tailored solutions.
• Visit clients in person to discuss leads.
• Monitor sales projects, budgets and timelines.
• Attend exhibitions and represent Motive professionally.
