Motive Offshore Group is recruiting a Sales Manager (TIC) to drive growth across TIC services, including testing, inspection and certification. You will build on existing client relationships, identify new business, and qualify leads to meet company objectives while ensuring client satisfaction under MOTIVE’s QMS.

Qualificações

• B2B sales experience in TIC, energy, offshore or industrial services.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from lead to closing.
• Experience preparing technical-commercial proposals and tenders.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver TIC sales growth across Motive's TIC services.
• Manage TIC-related sales inquiries and opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance during product evaluation and specification.
• Visit clients face to face to discuss leads and opportunities.
• Promote and support the TIC portfolio including CKore solutions.
