Job summary

Motive Offshore Group is seeking a Sales Manager for Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) to drive sales growth across TIC services including testing, inspection, certification and integrity management solutions. You will develop existing client relationships, identify new opportunities, and qualify leads to meet company targets while aligning with our quality management system.

You will work with operational, technical and product specialists to ensure customers receive the best fit

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Qualify sales leads to achieve company objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operational, technical and product specialists to deliver solutions.
• Visit clients face to face to discuss technical and commercial leads and opportunities.
• Promote the TIC portfolio and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet needs.
• Monitor market conditions and provide intelligence for growth and forecasts.
