Job summary

FoodChain ID is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead a portfolio of TIC clients across EMEA and APAC, focusing on certification, inspection and testing services. You will build trusted relationships and understand client compliance needs.

The role requires coordinating with technical and commercial teams, managing renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand services, while communicating clearly with stakeholders and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or business development within TIC, certification, testing or related services.
• Proven ability to renew and grow existing client relationships and hit commercial targets.
• Experience renewing and proposing additional services to clients is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sustainability or regulatory compliance is advantageous.
• Stakeholder coordination across technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of EMEA and APAC clients and act as the commercial point of contact.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders across quality, technical, procurement and sustainability.
• Develop client understanding of business, regulatory obligations and future requirements.
• Lead renewal processes for certification, inspection, and testing services with delivery teams.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within the TIC portfolio based on client needs.
• Prepare proposals and commercial updates with technical colleagues.
• Monitor account performance, renewal dates, pipeline and CRM records.
