MPJ Recruitment Ltd in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Third Party Claims Handler to manage a portfolio of third-party motor claims from notification to settlement. You will investigate liability, assess evidence, and determine fault while liaising with insurers, solicitors and repairers to progress claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of third-party motor claims from initial notification through to settlement.
• Investigate liability, assess evidence and determine fault in line with policies and procedures.
• Liaise with third parties, insurers, solicitors, repairers and other stakeholders to progress claims.
• Negotiate settlements and manage claims costs to achieve best financial outcomes.
• Maintain accurate claims records and provide regular updates within service levels and regulatory requirements.

• Manage a portfolio of third-party motor claims from initial notification through to settlement.

• Negotiate settlements and manage claims costs, ensuring the best possible financial outcomes.

• Maintain accurate claims records, provide regular updates and ensure all claims are handled within agreed service levels and regulatory requirements.
