You will own a caseload, assess liability, challenge credit hire claims, negotiate with solicitors and insurers, and monitor claims to service standards, with funded CII training and generous holiday and

Qualifikationen

• Motor claims experience, ideally third party, TPPD or credit hire.
• Confidence arguing liability and maintaining position.
• Organised approach to a full claims caseload across multiple systems.
• GCSE English and Maths at C/4 or above.
• CII held or willing to work towards it (fully funded).
• Full driving licence.

Pay and benefits

• £27,479 - £35,000 depending on motor claims experience (the top of the range is for strong third party and credit hire claims handlers)
• 35 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. No evenings or weekends. Hybrid after probation
• Fully funded CII and a dedicated in-house motor claims trainer
