The Therapies Service Manager will work across the four pillars of clinical practice and provide service delivery, people leadership, strategic and operational management across The London Clinic, for the following services: occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech & language therapies and talking therapies.

• Service delivery and improvement, quality assurance (across the domains of safety, experience and outcomes), people leadership, strategic and operational management across the organisation for the below services
• Talking Therapies
• Speech and Language Therapies
• Physiotherapies
• Occupational Therapies

Skills & experience

• Essential: Extensive experience as a Senior Clinician
• Experience leading multiple clinical areas
• Service development and review experience

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in relevant speciality
• Leadership and Management qualification
• HCPC Registration
• Post Grad Study
• Membership of relevant professional body
