Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Support Worker to assist students in SEND/SEMH settings, promoting wellbeing and learning engagement.

You will work one-to-one and in groups, guided by teachers and SENCOs, helping students develop emotional regulation and social skills within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in educational or therapeutic settings.
• Understanding of SEND, SEMH, or related needs.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care, Education, or equivalent is desirable.

You will provide tailored support to students, promoting their emotional wellbeing, social development, and learning engagement. About You

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
