Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Support Worker to join SEND and SEMH schools, helping students with emotional wellbeing, social development, and learning engagement.

You will deliver targeted support one-to-one and in groups, working under teachers and SENCOs, and contribute to evaluating interventions to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in educational or therapeutic settings.
• Understanding of SEND, SEMH, or related needs.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 in Health & Social Care, Education, or equivalent) are desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
