Job summary

Pebbles Care Limited is hiring a Cluster Residential Child Care Worker to join our team across a small cluster of homes in the North of England. You will support young people aged 8 to 18, delivering therapeutic care on a rota that includes sleepovers, with an average of 56.4 hours per week.

Responsibilities include transporting children to school and appointments, providing one-to-one or two-to-one support, and taking part in a full induction. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required.
• willingness to work rota with sleepovers.
• Induction and shadow shifts start from day one.
• 56.4 hours per week including sleepovers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication expected.
• Proficient IT skills and Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to young people, one-to-one or two-to-one.
• Drive children to school and appointments.
• Work across multiple homes within a cluster of homes.
• Collaborate with team on shift.
• Participate in induction and shadow shifts.
