Pebbles Care Limited in the Morecambe area is seeking dedicated Residential Child Care Workers. You will join full-time on a rota, averaging 56.4 hours per week including sleep hours, and support young people one-to-one or two-to-one in a home setting.

The role includes driving (full UK manual licence required), school runs, appointments, meals, and activities. Salary £35,468.95–£37,043.94 per year, with 5.6 weeks annual leave, training funding for Level 3 SVQ/NVQ, pension, Medicash, and more

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to young people, one-to-one or two-to-one on shifts.
• Assist with driving children to and from school and appointments.
• Participate in induction and training with the Learning and Development team.
• Based at one home, with potential support for other homes within the area.
