Job summary

Pebbles Care Limited is hiring for a Cluster Residential Child Care Worker to join our established team. You will work across a small cluster of homes in Scotland, with varied shifts to cover holidays and training.

The role involves transporting children for school and appointments, teaching life skills, and delivering engaging activities to create lasting memories. You will start with a full induction and shadow shifts, supported by management and our Learning and Development team.

Qualifications

• Flexible approach to work patterns.
• Commitment to safeguarding children and young people.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive children to and from school, appointments and visits.
• Teach life skills: meals, chores, personal care.
• Support young people on a one-to-one or two-to-one basis within a cluster of homes.
