Job summary

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a Residential Child Care Worker to join our dedicated team. You will support young people in one home on a full-time basis, working shifts including sleepovers, and may assist other homes in the same area.

Role involves driving children to and from school and activities, meals on shift, and providing a caring, therapeutic approach within our established care model. A full UK manual driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Dedication to safeguarding children.
• Clear and compassionate communication with young people.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required for all homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or two-to-one care tailored to each young person’s needs.
• Support transport needs, including driving children to/from school and appointments.
• Assist with meals and everyday household tasks within the home.
• Engage in therapeutic activities, outings and holidays to create lasting memories.
