Job summary

Pebbles Care is recruiting a Cluster Residential Child Care Worker to join our team across a small cluster of homes in the North of England and Scotland. The role is full-time, averaging 56.4 hours per week, with a two-on, four-off rota and sleepovers as required.

You will drive children to school and appointments, teach life skills, and provide tailored support one-to-one or two-to-one, with comprehensive induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport children to and from school and appointments.
• Teach life skills like meal preparation and household chores.
• Provide support one-to-one or two-to-one across homes in a cluster.
• Participate in induction and shadow shifts to learn Pebbles Way.
