Pebbles Care Limited seeks a Cluster Residential Child Care Worker to support children across a cluster of homes in the North of England. The role includes transporting children, teaching life skills, and arranging activities, with a 56.4-hour week including sleepovers.

Induction starts on day one with training and shadow shifts. A salary range of £35,468.95 to £37,043.94 per year pro rata is offered, plus benefits such as pension, health plan, and learning support.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license is essential.
• Average weekly hours 56.4, including sleepovers.
• Full-time rota: 1 day on (24h) and 2 days off (48h).
• Salary pro-rata and based on rota pattern.
• Desirable sector qualifications funded by employer.

Responsibilities

• Support daily home life and transport children to school/appointments.
• Teach life skills and family routines (meals, chores).
• Plan and implement engaging activities, outings and holidays.
• Collaborate with team across multiple cluster homes.
• Participate in induction and shadow shifts to learn Pebbles Way.
