Job summary

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a Residential Child Care Worker to join our dedicated team. You will work full-time in one home, including shifts with sleepovers, supporting young people aged 8 to 18 on their individual care plans.

You will drive, accompany to activities, prepare meals, and help with daily living while maintaining safeguarding and therapeutic approaches. Flexible hours, 56.4 hours weekly, with possible part-time options.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with children and manage challenging behaviours in a caring, therapeutic way.
• Full UK manual driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support tailored to the young person’s needs, one-to-one or two-to-one.
• Drive children to and from school, appointments, and visits; accompany on activities and holidays.
• Prepare meals, assist with household chores, and contribute to a positive home environment.
