Job summary

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Residential Child Care Worker to join our established team and support children aged 8 to 18 with a therapeutic care approach.

You will be based in a single home on a full-time rota, including sleep hours, averaging 56.4 hours per week, with occasional support for other homes in the area. A full UK manual driving licence is required for transporting children to school, appointments and activities.

Qualifications

• Safeguard and nurture children and young people in a therapeutic care setting.
• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required and own transport is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or 2:1 care and support tailored to each young person.
• Drive children to school, appointments, outings, and activities.
• Share in meals, household tasks, and creating positive memories on shift.
