Job summary

Spire Regency Hospital Macclesfield is recruiting a Theatre Scheduler/Administrator for a part-time, permanent role at 30 hours per week. The position involves scheduling theatre lists, updating the Outlook calendar, and delivering excellent patient and stakeholder service.

You will work Monday to Thursday, 8am-4pm, with duties including office administration, handling queries, and ensuring compliance with hospital quality systems. Competitive benefits available.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent administrative and customer service support function within the Department, being the first point for all contact coming into the department via telephone; email or face to face, ensuring all queries are dealt with effectively by the most appropriate person
  • Ensure all consultant and team requests are acted upon professionally and in a timely manner
  • Work with Capacity to provide administration support as required
  • Be responsible for the administration of all departmental quality systems and processes in order to ensure the maintaining of all external accreditations (e.g. CQC)
  • Be responsible for the management and distribution of all relevant information to appropriate individuals and companies

Spire Regency Hospital, Macclesfield has an exciting opportunity for a Theatre Administrator on a part-time, permanent basis.

Working Hours:30 hours per weekMonday to Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm
Contract type: Permanent

As Theatre Scheduler, you will be responsible for the daily organization of theatre schedules, which includes reviewing lists for accuracy, updating the Outlook calendar, and ensuring that a high standard of customer service is maintained in the provision of services to patients, consultants, and the hospital team.
